I was having a conversation at work about hip hop Moguls with a fellow employee and during this conversation Russell Simmons name was brought up. I was informed that he has a new show on the air that is pretty interesting to say the least. It shows the hard work that goes into running his companies such as Phat Farm and the web site that some of my post's have been featured on "GlobalGrind.com". Seeing that it comes on the Oxygen network which is mainly directed towards the female audience i will have to try and catch it when I'm with one of my female friends but YOU make sure you check it out.
